The product utilizes a robust SQL database running under Linux OS and can bill over 4 million calls per day. VoiceMaster supports industry standard RADIUS protocol and multiple authentication methods including, ANI, DNIS, PIN, Tech-prefix, H323 (User Name), Caller ID, and IP address. The integrated four-layer billing model with provider, owner, agent and user levels establishes a clear hierarchy among the separate entities and facilitates profit distribution across the value chain.
