Managed Services:
VoiceMaster offers unmatched managed services functionality that enables companies to quickly grow business through leveraging their relationships with third parties. The Managed Services functionality enables providers to virtually partition the platform and generate additional revenues through leasing the VoiceMaster functionality to resellers.

Four-layer Billing:
VoiceMaster supports four-layer billing structure which includes Provider, Owner, Agent, and User. The additional entity (owner) extends the traditional VoIP billing model and facilitates better profit distribution along the value supply chain. 

Unlimited Rate Tables:
VoiceMaster supports the creation and management of unlimited number of rate tables. Each rate table could be assigned to a particular provider allowing better differentiation among them and easy implementation of advanced call routing mechanisms like least cost routing (LCR). 

Peak/Off-Peak Time Billing:
VoiceMaster incorporates peak/off-peak time billing functionality allowing customization of reseller/wholesaler charges and/or discounts based on preset peak time intervals. The functionality enables service providers to implement promotional programs and effectively segment users by their time of day service usage preferences.

FlagFall and Progressive Billing:
VoiceMaster supports a number of different mechanisms to fine tune call charges. FlagFall and Progressive Billing represent one of the many possible options. With such functionality, service providers can impose additional charges and/or discounts based on call duration.

Comprehensive Reporting:
To help service providers effectively manage their businesses, VoiceMaster offers comprehensive real-time reporting capabilities. The system provides multiple customizable reports including, accounting, revenue, expenses, call history by user etc.  

Advanced Rate Switching:
That functionality allows easy implementation of dynamic rate plans based on preset account threshold balance. When a customer exceeds his preset threshold balance, the system automatically switches from one rate plan to another, charging him the most appropriate rate. 

High Call Capacity:
With its high scalability, VoiceMaster appeals to both new startups and established telecom providers. The system capacity can be expanded in incremental steps from 500 to over 10,000 concurrent calls, allowing providers to reduce initial capital expenditures and easily scale up VoIP infrastructure as demand for their services grows.

Multi-Lingual IVR Server:
VoiceMaster comes with integrated multi-lingual IVR server with support for over 10 languages. The IVR server allows language retrieval based on the IP address of the requesting party. The IVR server also allows language prompts to be customized per reseller batch.

Multiple Authentication Methods:
VoiceMaster Billing Platform comes with integrated state-of-the-art RADIUS server. That allows the platform to perform numerous call authentication methods including but not limited to PIN, ANI, DNIS, ANI/PIN, Tech-prefix, and User Name (H.323).
